How does the Garlic Twist work?

Step 1: Hold Garlic Twist shell, logo side down, and firmly whack garlic cloves to break skin.	Step 2: Remove skin and place up to 3 crushed and peeled garlic cloves inside the unit.
Step 3: Simply twist the unit 3 or 4 times to gain desired texture and flavour.	Step 4: Swivel top unit back and forth to gather garlic neatly inside unit as shown.
Step 5: Scoop out desired amount of garlic for immediate use.	Step 6: Place remaining garlic in fridge, or wash under the tap for just a few seconds!
