Ordering & Delivery
- Garlic Twist orders are accepted via telephone, mail, email or via our
on-line ordering system.
- Garlic Twist orders are sent on the first business day after your payment is processed
successfully.
- Garlic Twist shall not be held responsible for late or non-delivered orders
caused by the incorrect provision of delivery information.
- Garlic Twist shall not be held responsible for damaged orders
unless insured postage is requested.
- If no-one is home when your order is delivered, a delivery notice will be
left for you to visit your nearest post office.
- Garlic Twist uses Australia Post to make deliveries unless you specify
otherwise – additional costs may be involved.
- Please allow 5 full business days before calling to inform us that your Garlic
Twist order has not arrived.
- All prices quoted on this web site EXCLUDE postage and handling fees - these
fees will be calculated upon placing your order.
Returns Policy
- You may return undamaged items purchased at Garlic Twist within 7 days of
the original delivery.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $5.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material
Authorisation (RMA).
- We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days
of receiving the undamaged returned item in its original packaging.
